Topic: Endothelial Progenitor Cells and von Willebrand Factor in Astrocytic Glioma
Dr. Priscilla Das has obtained her PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her PhD research was in the field of Community Medicine. She is also a graduate from Universiti Putra Malaysia for my MSc (Master of Science-Community Health) and BSc (Bachelor of Science-Major Biology). She has more than 34 academic publications and continues to publish many other articles from her research work. Recently, her research works have been selected in many news platforms, especially in Yahoo News, Asia Research News, Research Sea News, ACN News, Medical Express, NewsMaker, and many other platforms as well. She is passionate about doing research and teaching subjects taught in a university. She has researched the haematological cancer patients in Ampang Hospital and intracranial tumours and other brain pathology /cancers in Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr. Priscilla Das has done animal parasitology studies as well. She has participated in many scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. Currently, she is working as a lecturer. The list of teaching subjects includes Community Medicine, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Research Methodology, research project, and Biology for MBBS, BBMED, and Foundation courses. She is hard-working, ambitious, enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about what she commits herself to doing and achieving.
